iJira 1.1 Submitted to App Store

This still has to percolate through Apple’s approval process. This version fixes the following issues :

No connection with 3G while WIFI is switched off has been fixed.
Refresh button added to allow first generation iPod Touch users to refresh issues as the device lacks an accelerometer.
